       Notes - general: Abstract:  Following the difficulties over a claim
                        made on the DoT by a land owner on the M25 the
                        Highways Agency requested that Hampshire County
                        Council carry out review of outfalls that could be
                        constructed as of a similar neture and many possible
                        need further investigation.  The study was to be a low
                        cost desk top pilot exercise to establish the scale of
                        the problem if in fact one existed.
