       Notes - general: This report describes a survey, conducted in Autumn
                        1991, of recovery facilities at 14 major motorway
                        worksites.  A standard recovery logsheet was issued to
                        each site and the data returns analysed to provide
                        incident details.  The study also reviewed existing
                        incident procedures and evaluated incident rates for
                        use in economic appraisal models such as QUADRO and
                        CIDEL.
